As our working lives become increasingly more mobile, the demand for a flexible office becomes more apparent. Whether you need a permanent office for your team or a desk to huddle at occasionally and network, we have a workspace for you. Our co-workspace packages are convenient and flexibile and also give you access to our social spaces & meeting rooms.

There are 2 office co-workspace options and they are priced per week or per month.

  • Easy Desk - access to any available desk Monday to Saturday @ N30,000.00/weekly*
  • Fixed Desk - access to a dedicated desk Monday to Saturday @ N100,000.00/monthly*
and they include:

Within the same premises as the workspaces sits this tastefully furnished standalone 4-bedroom bungalow with about 200m of living spaces. It has a large living room, a separate dining room/anteroom, 4 en suite bedrooms, a guest toilet, a fitted kitchen, ample parking space, terrace garden, 24hr power, uniformed security, CCTV and WiFi. The location is serene but within minutes of the beach, shopping malls, bars, restaurants, wellness centres, art galleries and museums.

There is no need to feel like a stranger in Lagos because our serviced bungalow offers a self-catered living space for short or long stay in a spacious, great value alternative to a hotel when you’re working away from your home base. With home-like décor, spacious living spaces and multiple bedrooms, you have all the comforts of home that will allow you to live like a local and enjoy your stay to the fullest.
